In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as applicable national legislation, R-TECH SOFTWARE S.R.L., operating under the commercial name DevStudio, will administer securely and solely for the specified purposes the personal data provided by the data subject.

DevStudio undertakes to respect all the rights of data subjects, in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

Under legal provisions, personal data refers to any information that can be used to identify a person or to contact them online or offline. Personal information is processed only with the consent of the data subject — for example, if knowingly provided through one of our online forms, quote requests, website registration, telephone communication, email, or face-to-face during events and meetings.

To exercise any of these rights, you may submit a written, dated, and signed request, or an electronic request, to DevStudio. In the request, you may state whether you wish the information to be communicated to a specific address (including an email address) or through a specific correspondence service.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian national data protection authority: ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Data Security

R-TECH SOFTWARE S.R.L. implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to perform their duties.
